Social media and ads management cost in Dubai in 2026

Short answer: In Dubai you pay two separate things: a monthly management fee and your ad spend, which goes straight to Meta or Google. The fee depends on platforms, content volume, languages, video and how many ad channels are managed. Compare quotes on scope, reporting and who owns the ad account.
What does social media and ads management cost in Dubai?
There is no fixed market price. Agencies in Dubai publish their own ranges, and those ranges reflect very different amounts of work.
What you pay depends on scope: how many platforms, how much content, how much video, and which ad channels are managed. The ad spend itself sits on top of the fee, and it is paid to the platforms.
So before comparing numbers, compare what each quote actually covers.
What are you paying for?
Every quote should break down into three parts. If it does not, ask for it.
- Management fee. The team that plans content, designs, edits, posts, runs ads and reports.
- Ad spend. What Meta or Google charges to show your ads. It should be billed to your own card or account.
- Creative extras. Shoots, models, studio time, creators or licensed music, if they are not in the plan.
A clear quote keeps these separate. A blurred quote makes it hard to know what the agency earns and what reaches the platforms.
What drives the monthly fee in the UAE?
Six things move the price most.
- Platforms. Instagram and Facebook together is one scope. Adding TikTok, LinkedIn or Snapchat adds formats and work.
- Content volume and video. Reels and short videos take more time than static posts.
- Languages. English only is simpler. English and Arabic means more writing, checking and design versions.
- Ad channels. Meta ads alone is one job. Meta plus Google Search and Performance Max is a bigger one.
- Shoots. On-site shoots in Dubai add crew, time and location costs.
- Reporting and calls. Weekly calls and live dashboards cost more than a monthly report.
Seasonality matters too. Ramadan, Eid, the summer months and the winter tourist season can all need planned content and budget changes.
How do agencies structure the fee?
Most Dubai agencies use one of three models. Each has trade-offs, so ask which one a quote uses.
- Flat monthly fee. The same amount every month for an agreed scope. It is the easiest to budget and compare.
- Percentage of ad spend. The fee rises as your budget rises. It can make sense at high spend, but it rewards spending more, not better.
- Hybrid. A smaller flat fee plus a bonus tied to leads or sales. Agree exactly how a lead is counted before you sign.
Whichever model you choose, ask for a written scope. It should list deliverables, response times and the notice period.
How do plan levels compare?
Most offers fall into three broad levels. Use this table to place each quote you receive.
| Level | Content | Ads managed | Reporting | Suits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 2 platforms, a fixed number of posts and Reels | Meta ads | Monthly | A single outlet or a new brand |
| Mid | More video, ad creatives each month | Meta and Google ads | Every 2 weeks | Brands that need steady leads |
| Full service | 3 platforms, high creative volume | Meta and Google ads, plus follow-up systems | Weekly call | Multi-location or high-ticket brands |
Names and contents change between agencies. Always read the detail, not the label.
How is ad spend billed, and how much should you plan?
Ad spend should be paid directly to Meta or Google from an ad account in your name. The agency should never be the only owner of it.
There is no single right budget. Start with the number of leads you need and what you can afford to pay for each one, then work backwards. Check the current minimum daily budget inside your own Ads Manager, because platform settings change.
Worked example (example numbers): A Dubai real estate brokerage wants enquiries from Meta and Google ads.
It picks a management plan at AED 5,500 a month, plus taxes where they apply.
It sets ad spend of AED 7,500 a month, paid directly to Meta and Google.
Total monthly cost before taxes is AED 5,500 + AED 7,500 = AED 13,000.
The campaigns bring 50 qualified leads in a month.
Cost per lead on ad spend alone is AED 7,500 ÷ 50 = AED 150.
Cost per lead including the fee is AED 13,000 ÷ 50 = AED 260.
These are example numbers only, not a market benchmark. Real costs depend on your sector, offer, audience and season.
What happens after someone clicks the ad?
Leads are only useful if someone replies fast. Many customers find it easier to send a message than to fill in a long form.
A WhatsApp button on ads and landing pages is worth testing for that reason. The WhatsApp Business Platform lets a business manage those conversations at scale. Before you send follow-up messages, collect opt-in as Meta describes in its guide to getting WhatsApp opt-in.
Our guide to WhatsApp lead follow-up covers reply times, templates and hand-off to sales. For walk-in businesses, keep your listing accurate too. Google Business Profile Help explains how to update hours, photos and details.
How do you compare Dubai agency quotes?
Ask every agency the same questions, and put the answers side by side.
- How many posts, Reels and ad creatives a month, exactly?
- Which platforms, and in which languages?
- Which ad channels are managed, and who owns the ad accounts?
- Is ad spend paid by us directly?
- What does the report show: leads and cost per lead, or only reach?
- Where is the team based, and when are they available?
- What is the notice period?

What does WebMaxs charge in the UAE?
WebMaxs is based in Mumbai and works remotely with UAE businesses. We do not have a UAE office. Mumbai is 1 hour 30 minutes ahead of Dubai, so working hours overlap for most of the day.
UAE prices for social media and ads management are Essentials AED 3,650, Launch Growth AED 5,500 and Full Funnel AED 9,150 a month. Taxes are added where they apply. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms from your own ad account, and results are reported as leads and cost per lead.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need Arabic content for a Dubai audience?
It depends on who buys from you. Many Dubai brands run mainly in English and add Arabic for specific campaigns or audiences. If Arabic matters to your customers, ask who writes and checks it, and whether it is included in the fee.
Can a remote agency manage UAE ad accounts?
Yes. Ads Manager, Google Ads and scheduling tools are all online, so the work does not depend on location. What matters is clear access, shared reporting and agreed meeting times.
Who should own the Meta and Google ad accounts?
You should. The ad account, the page and the pixel should sit in your business's name, with the agency given partner access. That way you keep your data and history if you change agency.
Is a percentage-of-spend fee a bad idea?
Not always, but it rewards spending more rather than spending better. A flat monthly fee is easier to budget. If you do agree a percentage, set a cap and review it as spend grows.
How soon should I expect leads from ads?
Expect a learning period while campaigns gather data and creative is tested. Agree what you will review after the first month, and judge by leads and cost per lead rather than reach.
