Privacy policy
This policy explains how WebMaxs ("WebMaxs", "we", "us") handles information when you visit webmaxs.in or contact us. We are based in Mumbai, India.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you email us, message us on WhatsApp or book a call, we receive your name, contact details, business details and anything else you write.
- Basic site data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will list them here.
- Preferences. The site may store a small setting in your browser, such as your chosen price region.
How we use it
- To reply to you and discuss work together.
- To prepare proposals, sample work and quotes you ask for.
- To run and improve the website.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We may share it with service providers that help us run the business (for example hosting, email, messaging, scheduling and payment tools), with our engineering partner CodeGenIT when a website or app project needs it and you agree, and when the law requires.
Client accounts and data
When we work for you, ad accounts, pages and pixels stay in your name. We access them through the permissions you grant and we ask you to remove that access when the work ends. We do not ask for your passwords.
Contact forms
When you send a form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, email, WhatsApp number if you give it, business details and your message. Forms are delivered to us through a form-handling service (formspree.io), which processes them on our behalf. We use these details only to reply to you and prepare what you asked for, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask. Forms include a hidden spam check.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them, they will load only after you agree, and we will list them here.
The site also stores a few settings in your browser, such as your price region, light or dark theme and cookie choice. They stay on your device.
Free tools
The calculators and counters on this site run in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us or stored.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and project records for as long as needed to work with you and to meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@webmaxs.in. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of storage or transfer is completely secure.
Third-party links
Our site links to other websites, such as our partner CodeGenIT. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
