How it works.
Leads = monthly budget ÷ cost per lead.
Customers = leads × the share of leads that become customers.
Cost per customer = budget ÷ customers.
Revenue = customers × value of one customer. Compare it with the budget plus any agency fee to see whether the numbers work.
The cost per lead you enter matters most. It varies a lot by city, industry, offer and season, so use your own past results where you can, or start with a small test budget to find yours.
Questions.
What cost per lead should I enter?
Your own past number is best. If you have none, run a small test for a few weeks and use what you see. Averages from other businesses are a weak guide because every offer and market is different.
Does the budget include the agency fee?
No. Enter only the ad spend that goes to Meta or Google. Add any agency fee separately when you judge whether the numbers work.
Why might real results differ?
Ads need a learning period, costs change with season and competition, and results depend on the landing page and how fast leads hear back.
Is my data saved?
No. The calculator runs in your browser and nothing is sent or stored.
