Services are agreed separately

Any paid work is agreed in a written proposal, order or agreement between you and WebMaxs that sets out scope, price, timelines and payment terms. If that document conflicts with this page, that document applies. Prices on the site are guides and may change.

Payments and cancellation

Monthly plans run month to month with 30 days' notice, and have a one-time setup fee shown on the pricing page. Ad spend is billed separately and paid from your own ad account to the platform. Websites and apps are fixed-price projects, with payment stages set out in the written proposal. Refunds and cancellation of work already started are covered by your written agreement.

Free sample ads and tools

Free sample ads are concepts made with AI tools to show a style. They come with no obligation. The free calculators on this site give estimates only and are not financial or marketing advice.

No guarantee of results

Marketing results depend on many things outside our control, including your product, price, market, budget and platform changes. Examples shown on this site come from past work and do not guarantee future results.

Ad accounts and ownership

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, ad accounts, pages and pixels remain in the client's name, and creative made for a client is delivered to the client on payment in full. Third-party platforms (such as Meta and Google) have their own terms, which clients and WebMaxs must follow.

Sample and placeholder content

Some visuals on this site are illustrations or sample layouts made to show style. They are not real client posts unless stated.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design and graphics belong to WebMaxs or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or send us unlawful or harmful material.

Limits of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, WebMaxs is not liable for losses that arise from using the site or relying on its general information.
